Indivisible Review

Raising over $2,000,000 on Indiegogo, Lab Zero Games and 505 Games’ Indivisible combines a passion for artistic quality with an innovative take on the sidescrolling platform genre. Blending turn-based RPG combat, thrilling platforming, and an intriguing tale of self discovery and growth, does Indivisible live up to its high expectations?

Indivisible Review

Indivisible follows the journey of Ajna, a feisty and rebellious teen used to the quiet trappings of village life. With her only duty to attend training under her watchful father, she’s argumentative, lacks understanding, and is entirely convinced she knows everything – the perfect teenager.

It doesn’t take long for Ajna’s way of life to fall under threat as the evil warlord Ravannanar’s forces burn her village to the ground, laying the foundations for a journey of vengeance and redemption. Following the catastrophe, Ajna wakes with the rather peculiar ability of absorbing potential allies. Not so much in a Majin Buu kinda way, more of a friendlier absorption that let’s allies accompany you on your journey, all while living a fruitful existence in Ajna’s Inner Mind.

Indivisible Review

Indivisible is everyone’s most hated poker player; it goes all in, straight from the word go. Immediately after beginning the game, you’re exposed to a level of artistic quality and execution seldom seen in the fast and frantic style of today’s industry. The game looks gorgeous, from the characters to the animations and environments. Every step of the journey is charming, heartwarming, and filled to the brim with character. Much of the same can be said about the soundtrack; it is expertly crafted by Hiroki Kikuta, and is arguably some of his best work.

If based on artistic merit alone, it would be tough to criticize Indivisible’s carefully crafted and passionately wrapped package. You will struggle to find something as visually and audibly complete as Indivisible. Alas, there’s more to this glorious pudding than just the sweet icing on top.

Dragging my finger through the top layer, taking that first satisfying lick immediately sent my expectations soaring, and stepping into the wider world didn’t totally disappoint. Indivisible’s platforming elements are solid, and all of the correct ingredients are there. The controls are fluid, responsive, and (most importantly), accurate. The platforming aspects evolve and grow throughout the journey, adding more complexity and challenges to navigation as you progress.

Indivisible Review

While screwing up the final jump in a complex labyrinth of calculations and split-second decisions is frustrating – sometimes massively frustrating – the gratifying feeling of satisfaction when you finally pull it off makes every difficult hurdle failed and every jump miscalculated worth every attempt. Much of the game shiess away from the more complicated aspects of platforming, opting instead to challenge the player with combat and exploration, but rarely do these aspects compare to the thrill of the run and jump.

Indivisible leads the charge for the genre in terms of its delivery, challenge, and artistic design, but it’s not afraid to step away from the traditional staples of the genre. Combat arrives in two distinct phases: the real-time action element takes place as you explore, running through new areas, leaping to new heights and taking swipes at anything in your path. Once engaged with an enemy, the almost turn-based style combat comes into …

Digimon ReArise Digimon Favorite Food Guide

Digimon ReArise Digimon Favorite Food Guide
Favorite Food plays a huge role in increasing your Digimon’s Bonds. This Digimon ReArise Digimon Favorite Food Guide tells you how to find the favorite food of your favorite Digimon, and what food is best to give if you’re hoping to increase your Digimon Bond as fast as possible.

If you want to check your Digimons favorite food, simply check the Digimons stats and then choose the profile option – you can reach this area by pressing and holding over the profile of a Digimon in the DigiTown. This displays their favorite food from left to right.

Digimon ReArise Digimon Favorite Food Guide

When you select a Digimon in the DigiTown, the profile is displayed alongside images of the different foodstuffs you have. In this particular menu, favorite food is displayed in potency from left to right.

For example, if I fed my GeoGreymon a slice of the bacon (the first item on the list) it would increase its Bond by the lowest amount, when compared to the other two. Alternatively, if I use the nice, juicy, steak at the end of the favorite food chain, this will offer the biggest boost to Bond out of all his favorite foods that I own.

How To Awaken Digimon In Digimon ReArise

How To Awaken Digimon In Digimon ReArise
Awakening increases your Digimon’s max level and Bond. This guide explains How To Awaken Digimon In Digimon ReArise, letting you increase the power of your favorite Digimon and later, making it possible to Digivolve into bigger and more powerful Digimon.

Awakening is like increasing your level cap. Each Digimon can only reach a certain level and a certain bond, once maximum is reached, they must be awakened before they can progress and advance any further. It can be an expensive task in the latter stages of development, but it’s still a simple one.

How To Awaken Digimon In Digimon ReArise

If you want to Awaken a Digimon, go to the Train menu and select the “Workout/Awakening” option. Then, from the selection box at the bottom of the screen, select the Digimon you want to awaken. Once you have chosen your Digimon, look at the different Workout items available.

In order to Awaken a Digimon, it must have used one of each Workout Chip. Looking at the image at the top of this post, you can see icons on each Workout Chip spot. That means the Digimon has fully trained and can now be awakened, if it’s at the correct level.

That’s How To Awaken Digimon In Digimon ReArise.

How To Raise In-Training Bond In Digimon ReArise

How To Raise In-Training Bond In Digimon ReArise
Want to evolve and increase bond with your baby Digimon? This guide explains How To Raise In-Training Bond In Digimon ReArise as increasing the bond with In-Training and Rookie Digimon is slightly different, as they cannot accompany you on missions.

Eggs are one of the best ways to get powerful Digimon in Digimon ReArise. You can select which path they take, when they evolve, it’s better than the random nature of the drop system. One requirement before you can Digivolve a Digimon is to max its Bond level.

How To Raise In-Training Bond In Digimon ReArise

There are two main ways to increase Bond. Firstly, you can take Digimon on missions with you, secondly, you can feed them. The former is not possible with In-Training Digimon as they are not allowed to fight. However, the latter is a little confusing.

For any other Digimon, when you select them in the DigiFarm, it automatically tells you that you can feed them. With the In-Training Digimon, that interface is initially hidden. Select your Digimon and then press the small present icon in the lower right corner, as shown in the image above.

From there you can feed your In-Training Digimon and increase their Bond. After that, you just have to wait for the time to pass before they can evolve.

Frostpunk Review

After a little more than a year, Frostpunk finally arrives on consoles. Is this survival city management game worth checking out, or should you let it slip on by? Check out our review and find out.

Frostpunk Review

The world of Frostpunk has been afflicted by what is known as The Frost. As the name implies, everything froze, and civilization was slowly destroyed by it. The only choice left is to go north to create a new city, the last town on earth. While going north may seem counter-intuitive, there is a generator there that provides warmth in a large radius. When you finally arrive, it is time to get to work and to rebuild civilization.

Frostpunk is a city management survival game. It is a high-stress type of game, where minor choices can actually sink you quickly. Starting with only a handful of people, you mine coal, build tents, and fire up the generator. As your city grows, so does its needs: food, warmth, shelter, recreation, medicine, law and order, and hope. Your first main objective is only to survive for 20 days. I failed this around four times before finally getting there. Then past the 20 days, there is another major challenge that also sank me a couple of times.

The choices you make determine how long you can go. When I say choices, I mean building decisions, worker choices, and the occasional citizen request. My first failure came quickly after neglecting my sick people for only a day. Disease spread and I couldn’t catch up, leaving my workers unable to work and my generator without fuel. Learning from that, I made sure to stay on top of medical tents the next time. Food was my next problem as more survivors joined, and hunger was setting in. I felt like I was supposed to fail a few times, and I quickly learned that the most straightforward and quickest solution is often the best choice.

Frostpunk Honest Game review

As the commander of the outpost, you also occasionally have to make new laws. Some of these options are hard to choose; you can have children work, but they can get injured and people don’t like seeing kids doing manual labor. You have this constant battle between hope and discontent that always keeps you on your toes. Having kids working lowers overall hope? Just sign the law that lets you build a bar so people can drink their problems away. Your options can often feel harsh, but this is about humanity’s survival, and there is no room for weak links.

While you maintain the outpost and choose what to build there, you can also send out scouts into the white wastes. They will journey to different areas and search for resources and survivors. There are more choices to be made here as well. Do you want to send them back right away, or risk them going further to find more supplies? Do you send the civilians back alone, or escort them back so they get there safely? With everything going on, it is often easy to overlook little things that can finish a settlement. Yes, you want more survivors, but you don’t want 20 new sick people to show up if you don’t have …
