The Last Of Us Part 2 Crafting Materials Location Guide

The Last Of Us Part 2 Crafting Materials Location Guide
TLOU Part 2 features a simple but vital crafting system with 6 basic crafting ingredients. This The Last Of Us Part 2 Crafting Materials Location Guide breaks down where you can find the ingredients as some are very easy to get hold of but others can be a bit more difficult to find.

For the vast majority of the ingredients, you don’t really need an exact location. The very basic materials, required to craft simple items such as Medkits and Molotovs, can be found regularly throughout the game. It does follow basic common sense, you will find more crafting materials in certain locations. For example, houses and apartments will have plenty of alcohol and rags, but they may lack the more specific crafting materials, like explosives and bindings that are far more common in stores and private areas. For the rarer ingredients we’ll have a list of where they can be found

How To Open Barkos Deliveries Door In The Last Of Us Part 2

There’s a building with a locked door in TLOU Part 2. This guide on How To Open Barkos Deliveries Door In The Last Of Us Part 2 will tell you how to open the door in the alleyway that has white writing written on the wall stating “Barko Deliveries In Rear”.

Quite often in The Last of Us Part 2 you will find your progress blocked by a locked door. More often than not you can simply find another way in, climbing to the roof or smashing your way through a window. However, the door to Barkos Deliveries is a little different as it requires an actual key – there is no other way to get into the building without first finding the key to Barkos.

The Barkos Key, which provides access to the Barkos Deliveries door, can be found in the North West corner of the map, as shown above. There is a small diner here, marked by a food icon on the map. Once you are inside be sure to check around for Supplements and ammo before heading into the bathroom in the back.

Once you get into the bathroom there is a baby changing unit on the rear wall. Approach it and you will find two items resting on top. One of these items is the Barkos Deliveries key. Once you have found the key a new icon will appear on the map that will direct you back to Barkos. Once you are inside there’s plenty of crafting ingredients and resources. There’s also a Short Gun Holster that when equipped allows you to have both pistols equipped at the same time.

How To Open The Main Gate In The Last Of Us Part 2

How To Open The Main Gate In The Last Of Us Part 2
Once you reach Seattle you have to open a huge gate. This How To Open The Main Gate In The Last Of Us Part 2 guide will tell you the steps you must complete before you’re able to open the gate to let Dina and Shimmer into the town through the main gate.

Once you have climbed over the main gate you have to find a way of powering the main generator so you can open the Main Gate. The first part is very basic, power up the generator and attach it to the gate mechanism so you can open the smaller gate to gain access to the area with the bigger gate. Make sure, in the building directly next to the generator, that you open the drawers inside so you can find the code to the Main Gate, you will need that later.

How To Open The Main Gate In The Last Of Us Part 2

How To Open The Main Gate In TLOU Part 2
On the other side of the smaller gate, just to the left as you enter, there is another generator. You will need to power up this generator first. Approach the gate mechanism that you powered previously and take the yellow cable out of the box. You cannot wait it around to the 2nd generator as the line is too short. Instead you must throw it over the fence. Hold L2 to aim and use R2 to throw the yellow wire over the fence towards the second generator.

Once the second generator is powered head into the nearby building and activate the switch that says “Main Gate”. You will need to put in a code, which you found on the documentation in the first building. The code to open the Main Gate is 0512. Simply enter the code and you can open the Main Gate and progress with the story alongside Dina and Shimmer.

Ion Fury Review – Old Habits, Die Hard

Story 395439858

An in-game screenshot of Ion Fury, showcasing an easter egg which is a picture of the "Doge" meme.

“Fighting a constant and bitter battle with our own overblown egos.”

At a time where nostalgia as a selling point is exercised more regularly than actual gameplay, it’s only fair to revisit what they intend to invoke for the player. Sure, DUSK might be the best thing since bread that’s been sliced for you by a harem of women who think “No really, Anon, you have such a great taste in arthouse films”, but what about the inspirations, like Quake or HalfLife, or DOOM? You gotta find out what it was that made those games click, and in the case of Ion Fury, these sentiments seemed like an after-thought in the name of fanboys worldwide.

This is the sophomore title from American-based studio Voidpoint, along with the long-stagnant corpse of 3D Realms, and my oh my, hasn’t this game had the most riveting of journeys? From its first inception to a throwback that the boomer-shooter crowd would revel in eternally, it all started with a lawsuit from boomer-metal kingpins Iron Maiden due to Ion Fury’s previous name, Ion Maiden. Content for a while, the game saw further controversy for a rather unfunny, but nonetheless harmless, joke, which saw a flare of outrage from people accusing the studio of homophobia. It could’ve potentially sunk the studio, but the flame that burns twice as bright, so on and so forth.

An in-game screenshot of Ion Fury, showcasing an easter egg of one of the lead developer's daughters toy.

You play as Shelly I-Never-Caught-Her-Last-Name, fresh off her pixie performance in the 2016 release Bombshell and catching up on some R ‘n’ R in her local cyberpunk bar. However, her vacation is quickly cut short by the intrusion of Dr. Heskel and his ragtag but limitless army of cyborg cultists. With a shattered glass and a triple-barrel revolver, Shelly plans to take down Heskel for ruining some well-deserved beauty sleep, with the added bonus of taking down Heskel’s newly-formed cyber cult.

If certain names and clues are simply bouncing off your receptors, then let it be declared here: Ion Fury is more than just a tribute to a bygone age of pseudo-3D FPS malarkey. It sees itself as more of a logical next step, with Ken Silverman’s Build engine being pushed to the limits. What 3D Realms, Monolith, and Action Forms did in the past falters in paralyzed awe at what Voidpoint can do with 20 years of hindsight. Move over, Randy Pitchford; the true rectifier of outdated game design is here!

Be aghast at the graphical qualities! Look at these textures! Valiant voxels! Oh yeah, this is a true testament to what ‘90s hardware can do and has to be the first thing that you unavoidably talk about when it comes to Ion Fury. What Voidpoint has done with the Build engine is a marvel, a technical achievement in and of itself, and you do have to drink it in. The first level is the ‘90s FPS equivalent of Citizen Kane, and it’s nothing but breathtaking to see what’s in store.

An in-game screenshot of Ion Fury, showcasing the character Shelly standing in a ruined city with the Ion Bow.

Despite having a lot in common with Duke Nukem 3D, first and foremost, Ion Fury still eyes the other two parts of the Build engine Tri-Force, starting with Shadow Warrior‘s tight combat design,

Cyberpunk 2077 Delayed to November 19

Cyberpunk 2077 - Gamers Heroes
Originally set to release on September 17, CD PROJEKT RED announced on Twitter today that the launch of Cyberpunk 2077 has been delayed to November 19, 2020.

In a message from Co-Founder Marcin Iwinski and Head of Studio Adam Badowski, they mention how they will not ship something that is not ready. They mentioned that they wish to make Cyberpunk 2077 a game that will stay with players for years to come, and that they apologize for making fans wait longer.

To add to this, they stated that the title is finished both content and gameplay-wise. Quests, cutscenes, skills, items, and everything else the megalopolis of Night City has to offer is all there, but they wish to properly go through everything. This includes balancing game mechanics, fixing bugs, and ironing out other things in its world.

You can read the full message below:

In Cyberpunk 2077, the choices players make shape the story and the world around you. Players will take on the role of an urban mercenary that is equipped with cybernetic enhancements, and will set out to build their legend on the streets of Night City.

Note that journalists are starting to independently play the title, and will have impressions up on June 25, 2020. The final release will initially launch for the PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PC, and Google Stadia.

Horizon Forbidden West Gets New Interview Spotlight

Originally making its debut during last week’s PlayStation 5 reveal event, learn more about Sony Interactive Entertainment and Guerrilla Games’ Horizon Forbidden West with the latest interview spotlight for the title.

Game Director Mathijs de Jonge shares new insight into this open-world action RPG. Taking place in the distant future, players will once again take control of Aloy, who is a hunter of the Nora Tribe. She is on a quest to solve mysteries and secrets that could very well change her life forever.

Jonge mentions how the title “Forbidden West” refers to a mysterious new frontier that stretches from Utah to the Pacific Ocean. With the additional power the PlayStation 5 console provides, the development team was able to achieve their vision of creating a beautiful world that is more vibrant, detailed, and immersive. He also mentioned how there will be virtually no loading screens, since it will utilize the PlayStation 5’s SSD.

For the sequel to 2017’s Horizon Zero Dawn, Jonge mentions how they wanted to go wider and deeper, making the map a bit bigger in the process. Lakes and rivers can be explored, and players can come across dozens of new machines and tribes along their journey in the Forbidden West.
