Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is receiving a new monster

The Monster Hunter World expansion has widened the scope of the players when it comes to objectives to hunt. Iceborne added the new territory of Hoarfrost Reach with plenty of terrains to explore, more weapons, settlements and plenty of things to discover. Capcom promised to update the game with new monsters and if you own the expansion you have probably faced the deadly Rajang already. With the second update of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne on the way, the Japanese company has revealed a new monster that will be in the game once the actualization is launched.

The Stygian Zinogre is a terrible and gigantic beast that has a symbiotic relationship with Dracophage Bugs. It is able to use them as a weapon, and can shoot them as if they were bullets to harm enemies from a distance. But this terrifying beast’s true power only appears when it’s covered in red lightning.

The new monster is not the only thing that the second free major update is bringing to Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Players will be able to explore a new region in Hoarfrost Reach, as well as unlocking new armor sets and Defender weapons. There are rumors of another monster coming to the game with the update too. It would be a dragon-type creature, but nothing has been confirmed about it yet. It seems that there will be a special event linked to the celebration of the Chinese New Year in December, but the details about it are to be revealed yet.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne – Defender set

The release of the new Monster Hunter World: Iceborne update is scheduled for December 5th on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Don’t worry if you are eager to play the expansion but you do not have a console, because Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is coming to PC on January 9, 2020.

Darksiders Genesis, PC requirements unveiled

Playing Darksiders series is a good way of getting into action games. the features of the first few games in the series combine amazing visuals and a great design with thrilling, action-packed combat. Playing any of the Horsemen as they rampage through hordes of enemies, using amazing powers and spectacular weapons, is a good way of getting your adrenaline flowing and having some fun. It’s no surprise then that the series is getting a new title very soon. What it is a surprise, indeed, is that is Darksiders Genesis is a completely different type of game than its predecessors.

Darksiders Genesis will be an action game too, but its gameplay is going to be similar to the one you can experiment playing games like Diablo. Isometric third-person view, hordes of demons to fight against, and a couple of characters to play. This time, War and Strife are on a mission to destroy certain master demons to stop a cunning scheme from Lucifer, which aims to disturb the balance.

You can switch between both characters anytime if you are playing solo or play Darksiders Genesis with a friend cooperatively. As you probably know if you have played previous Darksiders games, War is specialized in melee combat. Strife, on the other hand, is playable for the first time, and he is specialized in dealing with enemies at range using a couple of guns.

If you are a fan of the Darksiders series or you want to give the game a try on PC when it is released on December 5, you should take a look at the system requirements. They can be subject to change before the release, but given the very short time left until the game launch, it is unlikely to happen.

MINIMUM:

  • OS: Windows 7, 8, Windows 10 (64 bit)
  • Processor: AMD FX-8320 (3.5 GHz) / Intel i5-4690K (3.5 GHz) or better
  • Memory: 4 GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960

  • Storage: 15 GB

  • Processor: Intel Core i7-3930K (3.2 GHz)/AMD Ryzen 5 1600 (3.2 GHz) or better

How to Install Ansible (Automation Tool) on CentOS 8/RHEL 8

Ansible is an awesome automation tool for Linux sysadmins. It is an open source configuration tool which allows sysadmins to manage hundreds of servers from one centralize node i.e Ansible Server. Ansible is the preferred configuration tool when it is compared with similar tools like Puppet, Chef and Salt because it doesn’t need any agent and it works on SSH and python.

Install-Ansible-CentOS8-RHEL8

In this tutorial we will learn how to install and use Ansible on CentOS 8 and RHEL 8 system

Ansible Lab Details:

  • Minimal CentOS 8 / RHEL 8 Server (192.168.1.10) with Internet Connectivity
  • Two Ansible Nodes – Ubuntu 18.04 LTS (192.168.1.20) & CentOS 7 (192.168.1.30)

Ansible Installation steps on CentOS 8

Ansible package is not available in default CentOS 8 package repository. so we need to enable EPEL Repository by executing the following command,

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo dnf install https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/epel/epel-release-latest-8.noarch.rpm -y

Once the epel repository is enabled, execute the following dnf command to install Ansible

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo dnf install ansible

Output of above command :

dnf-install-ansible-centos8

Once the ansible is installed successfully, verify its version by running the following command

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo ansible --version

Ansible-version-CentOS8

Above output confirms that Installation is completed successfully on CentOS 8.

Let’s move to RHEL 8 system

Ansible Installation steps on RHEL 8

If you have a valid RHEL 8 subscription then use following subscription-manager command to enable Ansible Repo,

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo subscription-manager repos --enable ansible-2.8-for-rhel-8-x86_64-rpms

Once the repo is enabled then execute the following dnf command to install Ansible,

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo dnf install ansible -y

Once the ansible and its dependent packages are installed then verify ansible version by executing the following command,

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo ansible --version

Alternate Way to Install Ansible via pip3 on CentOS 8 / RHEL 8

If you wish to install Ansible using pip (python’s package manager) then first install pyhton3 and python3-pip packages using following command,

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo dnf install python3 python3-pip -y

After pyhthon3 installation, verify its version by running

[[email protected] ~]$ python3 -V
Python 3.6.8
[[email protected] ~]$

Now run below pip3 command to install Ansible,

[[email protected] ~]$ pip3 install ansible --user

Output,

Ansible-Install-pip3-centos8

Above output confirms that Ansible has been installed successfully using pip3. Let’s see how we can use Ansible

How to Use Ansible Automation Tool?

When we install Ansible using yum or dnf command then its configuration file, inventory file and roles directory created automatically under /etc/ansible folder.

So, let’s add a group with name “labservers” and under this group add ubuntu 18.04 and CentOS 7 System’s ip address in /etc/ansible/hosts file

[[email protected] ~]$ sudo vi /etc/ansible/hosts
…
[labservers]
192.168.1.20
192.168.1.30
…

Save & exit file.

Once the inventory file (/etc/ansible/hosts) is updated then exchange your user’s ssh public keys with remote systems which are part of “labservers” group.

Let’s first generate your local user’s public and private key using ssh-keygen command,

[[email protected] ~]$ ssh-keygen

Now exchange public key between the ansible server and its clients using the following command,

[[email protected] ~]$ ssh-copy-id [email protected]
[[email protected] ~]$ ssh-copy-id [email protected]

Now let’s try couple of Ansible commands, first verify the connectivity from Ansible server to its clients using ping module,

[[email protected] ~]$ ansible -m ping "labservers"

Note: If we don’t specify the inventory file in above …

Shenmue III Review

Cheese, wine, a perfect dry-aged steak – some things get better with time, but can the same be said for Shenmue III? Fans have waited nearly two decades for the continuation of Ryo’s story, and after a record-breaking Kickstarter, it’s finally here. Does it live up to nearly 20 years of expectations?

Shenmue III Review

Shenmue III’s story begins as Ryo and Shenhua arrive in Baihu after discovering more information on the Phoenix and Dragon Mirrors in the exact same cave seen at the end of Shenmue II. It was so refreshing to have the continuation of a story so connected, so blatant, without the smoke and mirrors of missing time and events seen more commonly in today’s gaming sequels. You could play through the entirety of the series and not miss a moment, or a single beat of Ryo’s story. That would be awesome…if the story wasn’t so damn jarring to follow.

The original Shenmue games captured hearts because they immersed players into a narrative through innovative design. You weren’t simply being told a story or developing the story as a single character; you were immersed and emotionally invested in the people you encountered. Watching them as the hours ticked by, following routines, going to work, shutting up shop – these are all elements common in many of today’s bigger open-world games, but at the time these were years ahead of the norm. Yu Suzuki was a visionary, a fortune-teller of things to come, predicting nearly every aspect of the modern day open-world RPG years before they became the next big thing.

That is what earned Shenmue its cult following, its critical acclaim, but it’s also what hinders much of the efforts in Shenmue III. Those same qualities that made the original games so intriguing have stagnated, instead throwing players into a world of dated mechanics, lackluster design, and an embarrassingly poor foundation.

Shenmue III’s ability to deliver a worthwhile narrative is completely destroyed by some of the worst dialogue ever seen in a modern video game. Ryo can ask a question but receive an answer to an entirely unrelated subject, and dialogue lines are repeated throughout the entire game, even during the same conversation. I asked a martial arts expert if they knew of any martial arts experts, but he’d never heard of one. It’s a mess. Half of the dialogue doesn’t even form a coherent structure worthy of an actual conversation, but somehow went unhindered into the final phases of production. I can only assume the heart, the passion, the story of Shenmue III has been lost somewhere in the translation, as the English dialogue is appalling and does nothing to bring its creative vision to life.

The entire game is fully voiced, for better or for worse. While Ryo still maintains as much character as a paving slab, the performance of characters is not entirely without merit. Shenhua is so soft-spoken it’s adorable, it’s like being tickled with silk every time she speaks. In addition, some of the random NPCs you encounter are full of personality and quirky behaviors. All of this is immediately lost as soon as Ryo enters the conversation with his monotone approach, repeated lines, and complete lack of character.

How To Transfer Files Between Computers

Transferring files from one computer to another is important. Think of it like transferring dinner plates from the cupboard to the dinner table. You can carry them by hand. You can use a tray. You can use a trolley. And you can ask someone to carry them for you. But definitely cannot throw them though. Anyway, there are many ways on how to transfer a file from one computer to another. And this article will show you how.

The ideal way to go will depend on the number or amount of files you want to be transferred and the computer that will do the transferring and receiving. Transferring from PC to PC can be easy. But from a PC to Mac or vice-versa can be tricky.

Using external storage devices is the simplest. A USB or external hard drive can be connected to the computer, copy the files, safely remove it (or not), then plug it into a Mac or PC to transfer the files.

Transferring files to a USB drive or an external drive and then to another computer has the added benefit of supplying you with backup copies of your files, but it’s one of the slowest methods and comes with added expense. You’ll need to purchase the storage device, which can range in price from less than $50 to a few hundred dollars, depending on size and other features.

(Via:https://www.techwalla.com/articles/how-do-i-transfer-files-from-one-computer-to-another-computer)

Files can also be transferred through a local network.

You may be able to transfer files between computers on the same network if both computers are within range. When configured correctly, computers on the same network can access each other’s hard drives and files can easily be moved between them. In Windows 10, simply access the file or folder you want to move in File Explorer, press the right mouse button over it and select Give access to. A dropdown menu displays the options Specific people and Remove Access that allow you to enable or disable access to the file by other network users.

You can also use the Nearby Sharing feature in Windows 10 to share files with nearby computers and tablets running Windows 10 over Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. First, enable the feature under Shared experiences in Settings on both computers. Then access the file you want to share in File Explorer, press the right mouse button and select Share. The Share panel is displayed, showing other enabled devices within range for sharing. When you select a device, a notification will be sent saying the file has been shared.

Cloud Storage. The ever-reliable cloud. Google’s version, Google Drive, Microsoft’s OneDrive, and Dropbox are some of the popular cloud storage services. They make storage and transfer a whole lot easier especially from PC to Mac or vice-versa. Just open them in a browser and download the files you need.

You have the advantage of being able to preserve the file structure on your computer by uploading entire folders rather than individual files. Many cloud storage providers offer free accounts with a minimal amount of storage, though you may have to pay extra if you want to upload a large amount of data.
