In our first Party Size guide we went over the basics of increasing your party size. Leveling the Quartermaster aspect of the Steward skill tree is the single and most important influence on your Party Size limit. It’s one of the easiest skills to level requiring only that you keep your army well fed with a large variety of different consumable food types. However, with a bit more experience under our belt, we’ve found two other ways of drastically increasing the size of your Party Limit.
How To Increase Party Size Even Further In Mount & Blade II Bannerlord
Firstly, your Clan rank. Press L to open the Clan screen and then look in the upper right corner. This is your Clan Tier. Each Tier gives you more Party Size limit. For example, as a Tier 3 clan, I get an additional +15 Party Size, allowing me to add a further 15 soldiers to my party limit. This is constantly growing as your Clan Tier gets higher. To increase your Clan Tier you need Renown, lots of Renown.
Then open the Kingdom menu with K and select the Policies tab. There is a Policy here called Royal Guard. Among other things, Royal Guard increases your party by a huge 80. 80 additional soldiers for your party size.
