If you have been following our news, you already knew that it was yesterday when Infinity Ward was finally revealing everything about Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer. Also, if you are one of those that think that the games in the Call of Duty series have become rather heterogeneous and have lost the essence of the original titles over the years you were probably eagerly waiting to know more about what the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare has to offer. It is not that Call of Duty has stopped to be good over the years, but it’s true that the addition of features like zombies, Battle Royale, and things like that have diluted the essence of a game that originally was a tactical military first-person shooter. When Infinity Ward announced that the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is going back to the roots and that it will focus on a realistic modern setting, many players were quite relieved.

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare is going to be the first entry in the series that features cross-platform multiplayer support on PlayStation 4, Windows PC, and Xbox One. That is one of the reasons why the reveal video of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare multiplayer has been so anticipated. As you can see in the video Call of Duty: Modern Warfare looks spectacular and it will have plenty of options when it comes to a tactical approach to war, allowing players to make use of all kind of modern technology and vehicles to deliver a realistic experience. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare will offer a wide range of multiplayer modes for 2v2, 6v6 10v10, and 20v20 players. You will also be able to take part in the new Ground War mode that features large-scale battles for more than 100 players.
