How To Change Class In Breakpoint

How To Change Class In Breakpoint
Want to change your class in Ghost Recon Breakpoint? This How To Change Class In Breakpoint guide explains the quickest and easiest way to switch between base classes before you approach different missions that may require an alternative approach.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint features 4 unique classes. Assault, Sharpshooter, Panther, and Field Medic. Each class fulfills a different role on the battlefield. Assault, as the name implies, specializes in mid-range combat using assault rifles and explosives. The Sharpshooter focuses on long-range engagements, while the Panther prefers a stealthier approach to missions. Lastly, the Field Medic acts as a support unit with heals and various buffs.

Ghost Recon Breakpoint Side Quest Guide

When you unlock a base class, you unlock the base abilities. For example, Panther has a Smoke Screen, can become undetectable to drones, and has various class proficiency abilities. This class is better suited when attacking a heavily defended stronghold with multiple drones. However, if you’re looking for a more open engagement, the Assault class may be a better option.

You need to find a Biovuac, either out in the wild or at a camp (Our Biovuac guide has some great tips). From there, select the Preparations option. Here you can change your class to any other already unlocked.

And that’s How To Change Class In Breakpoint.

World of Warcraft Classic is getting more content this year

Some may think that it’s too early, especially considering that there is a lot of people still leveling their characters and have had no chance of experience Molten Core raid or even the upper instances of Blackrock Spire. But game director Ion Hazzikostas has revealed in an interview that the second phase of World of Warcraft Classic will be released at some point before the year ends.

No release date has been revealed for this second phase of World of Warcraft Classic because it depends on the population of the servers. The process simple: a layering system was implemented to handle the huge number of people present in certain areas during the first days after the launch of World of Warcraft Classic. When the population of the servers has stabilized, and with the players spread through different regions, the need for multiple instances of a zone disappears. The importance of having a non-layered server for the next phase is based on the addition of two world bosses: the demon Lord Kazzak and the blue dragon Azuregos. Those two are meant to be killed once per week per server, and having multiple instances of Azshara and Blasted Lands would probably lead to abuse and multiple kills per week.

Azuregos

Other than the two world bosses which drop some exclusive loot and that will lead to some competition among the guilds and parties that will get organized to take them down, this second phase of World of Warcraft Classic will also add a new dungeon to the game. Dire Maul, the ogre city in Feralas, will challenge players with new events and offer very nice rewards to those that manage to uncover its treasures when exploring the three huge wings of the dungeon. Whether you decide to become the new King of the Ogres or not, you will have access to some of the best loot in the game outside Molten Core.

Dire Maul

On the PVP side, this second phase also brings the addition of the Honor system to World of Warcraft Classic, which will give the players another good reason to fight against the other faction.

Skyrift Review

When life throws everything at you, what else can you do but throw it right back? Torchlight Games takes this mantra to heart with their new arcade title Skyrift. Chucking enemy projectiles might be a good way to save your hide, but does it dish out a good time?

Skyrift Review

As the last defense robot of its kind, the weight of the universe rests on your narrow shoulders. Alien forces are attacking on all fronts, and it’s up to your lonesome self to protect humanity with the tools at your disposal. It’s a worn out plot device, sure, but this title prides itself on its action.

Players are given 360 degrees to move around, and can turn on a dime with the use of the mouse. This system works surprisingly well, and comes across as a lifesaver in the more difficult settings. It can be a bit on the snappy side, but it is better than the alternative of it being too sluggish.

It’s not enough to just be facing the fire from the Rhino and Mothership threats; one must also make the most of the energy meter as well. Whether one is defending, grabbing, or throwing, turning the defensive into the offensive requires the use of energy. A well timed reflection nets some meter, but those who are a bit more aloof with their timing must wait for it to charge back up. For those on the ropes, a Shockwave attack can also be used to turn the tides.

There are three different projectiles one must contend with, with certain ones requiring different strategies. Though they are all color coded to red, green, and blue, the lack of transparency of the main character means that the view is obscured. This isn’t terrible on the Easy difficulty, but it quickly proves to be a nuisance on the Normal and Hard difficulty settings. Grabbing when you should have been blocking can ruin a run, as there’s no way to recover health from what we saw.

Note that this is one title where what you see is what you get. The main objective remains the same throughout, and though the threat of hulking motherships does rear its ugly head, expect a bit of repetition to sink in. Something akin to levels, or perhaps a wider variety of enemy types, would have alleviated the tedium.

There is some replayability in Skyrift for those looking for it. A number of unlockable cosmetics can be unlocked for completing in-game objectives, and there are a fair amount of achievements to be had. There are also Global Leaderboards for each difficulty setting, though they are scarcely populated as of this writing.

Note that this game has a few bugs to contend with. We were unable to open it on one occasion, and other quirks like the inability to throw also showed up. These are not dealbreakers, but rather things to be mindful of.

Skyrift’s defensive style of play provides fast-paced arcade action, albeit with a few quirks. It’s not the deepest game around, but those looking for a different kind of bullet hell could do far worse than this title.

This review of Skyrift was done on the PC. A digital code was provided by the …

The Last of Us Part II, latest news

It’s now been a little over two weeks since the release date of The Last of Us Part II was revealed in a trailer on the occasion of the last State of Play. Since then, the pace of communication around the game seems to be accelerating. While the game has been in the shadows for some time, recent days have been rich in new information on The Last of Us Part II.

Indeed, the recent presentation of games’ demos in Los Angeles has somewhat loosened some tongues, and a few members of the game team have revealed in more detail what awaits us from on February 21.

From a purely technical point of view, the latest videos of The Last of Us Part II have not failed to raise concern among players. The Last of Us Part II released exclusively on PS4 and some doubts have emerged regarding the issue of rendering on PS4 Pro vs. PS4 classic. In an interview with USgamer Emilia Schatz, lead game designer said:

“Our target platform is the PS4, the base. That’s actually what I’ve got on my desk at work, and so that’s what we sort of aim for.”

While there is still a good possibility that the experience will be better on PS4 Pro, it is reassuring to see that the owners of classic PS4 are not put aside.

The co-realizer of the game, Anthony Newman also spoke at the microphone of Gamespot to reveal a little more about the AI. It was probably the biggest weak point, one of the very few ones, in The Last of Us, especially with some NPCs who sometimes had strange behaviors.

“What I’m really excited about is that with a lot of effort and some clever AI tricks, every time you see your ally shoot an enemy, their bullets do exactly as much damage as yours do”

He adds that this new feature could lead to different strategies for players. Allowing NPCs to do damage reminisces the support system found in many games, including multiplayer, although, remember, The Last of Us Part II will be single-player only.

Finally, we can watch a new video of The Last of Us Part II. It showcases the physical change of Ellie over a black background. While the girl was only 14 years old in the first opus, Ellie will be 19 years old in The Last of Us Part II. This video highlights the evolution of the character, from an innocent child, to a woman thirsting for revenge immersed in a cruel world. This short trailer also serves as an opportunity to announce that The Last of Us Remastered is playable for free in October via the Playstation Plus subscription.

This is a great opportunity to discover the history of the first part, or refresh your memory before the release of The Last of Us Part II, which is coming exclusively on PS4 February 21, 2020.
