This was well fun to make and was inspired by a workmate who was trying to make a moonlander clone. So I decided I would have a go, and it turned into this. I used a lot of flash 8 effects (duh) to make the graphics half-decent while saving on fie size. I hand drew the levels with a wacom tablet and placed all the items and enemies by trial and error. I just started using flash 8 when I used this and had a bit of trouble understanding how to optimise the new features to make the game run well. All things considered I’m fairly happy with it, though I would like to improve the graphics someday.
